We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep any information that we have about you secure, and to ensure that it is correct and up-to-date. In addition, all Sunshine Technology employees and contractors are required to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by the company. We will not reveal your name, email address or any other information we collect about you to any third party without your permission. If you are a Sunshine Technology shareholder, you can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure by keeping your password secret and not forgetting it. If you do forget it, simply click on the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page to have your password reset and sent to you by email automatically.


How you can access and change the information we keep about you

Update your details
If you are a shareholder and change email address, please update these details by logging in via the Secure Login link at the top right. Then click on the My Account link appearing at the top right. Updating your account allows us to reach you with important shareholder notifications and ensures your shareholder web access is maintained.
